"The people at The Pink Boutique have absolutely no idea what they are doing, which can be disastrous for a person undergoing chemo, living with lipedema/lymphedema, or trying to avoid a deadly blood clot following surgery. For one, one of the employees told me that it is not recommended I wear garments after surgery (insert flabbergasted face). Secondly, here is my last order with them and a clear display of their undeniable incompetence: I wanted 4 black pairs of petite, open toe Juzo brand stockings in size 1. After 2 weeks, I received 4 black pairs of regular size, open toe Jobst brand stockings in size 2. Not due to a shortage, or any other glitch. Someone just ordered me what they felt like ordering---I asked them to put in the correct order. And when I called to confirm that my order had been put in, I was told there was a factory back order and that the factory would not have these stockings until the end of the month, at which point it would then take another 2 weeks to receive the stockings (that is a 4 week delay, which is no good for someone trying to recover from surgery). FOR YOUR HEALTH AND WELLBEING (AND YOUR SANITY), AVOID THE PINK BOUTIQUE AT ALL COSTS."

"I came in for my fitting appointment & I was not disappointed. Although they did not have everything I was needing in stock to try on, they made it work. Jennifer was my fitting assistant & she really listened to my concerns with sizing and provided me with many options to try. Everything I required had to be ordered, but she gave me an option to come back for another appointment to try them on once they were delivered! They really care about their clients & I'm glad I chose this vendor for my nursing bras. I honestly thought my options would be way more limited than they were, so I'm very pleased that I was able to get 2 "good" bras & 4 lounging comfy bras. I'd definitely recommend checking this place out."
