Rilena's boutique Quinceanera dresses

"This place a is a rip off. The dress that we had left a deposit for was on back order and not arriving on time. We were told we could get our money back; I show up no receipt as deposit was made in March. The owner asked to see the bank statement that I had made a purchase. Which I did on my phone it clearly showed I made a transaction. She asked to see my card. Unfortunately my card information had been stolen and used and I had replaced my card last month. Needless to say this lady would not honor it. She stated she could not give me my money back because I didn’t have my card. I clearly had made the purchase it showed on my statement and I asked if she could give me cash. She said she couldn’t do that. This is how they treat customers. Ripping people off. If I could give a 0 rating I would. I have a business myself of party planning and event planning I will not be recommending this place at all!"
