"Had a great experience the first go round, Second run, not so much. Juan (sales Manager) bundled some stuff (TV, Surround Sound, Recliner (that he didn't check before trying to resell, ended up being broken)) Washer, Dryer and Kitchen Table. Quoted us right at $300 a month. The bill came out to 400 per their website. Called up there and talked to Robert, Said he would get it fixed and put a promissory note in to make sure the payment wasn't taken out before the chair was removed... Woke up this morning and there was 400 deducted from my bank account.. Not very happy with their lies. After this go round. Will not go back to them."

"Decided to get a new to us washer and dryer set, The dryer and washer get here last night and the dryer first off does not come with a lint catcher and the door didn't stay shut. I come home to use it tonight and it doesn't start, it lights up but does not start. My husband called earlier in the day and told them about the lint trap and door and they said they would send us out a new one on Monday.. when I got home and noticed that it didn't even work at all I called and Matt was very unhelpful.. all he could tell me was sorry that's the best he could do until Monday!! do they not check their appliances before them leaving the door?? we got a TV from them a few months ago and it was supposed to just be a TV to hang out for a little while until we could get the TV we ordered and they never did give us a call back.... Needless to say I'm taking my business somewhere else this place is a joke their management is a joke it's just ridiculous! You're supposed to make the customers happy not sell them junk!!!!"
