"I received cold food with the chicken that is so dry and old it's inevitable. Called the restaurant spoke with someone who claim to be a manager informed him of the problem with the food he got passed because I told him this meat was cooked 2 days ago which it was if not longer. After I complained about the food he claimed I was so called being irate which is a lie, if he doesn't want a complaint about the food don't send people old food. The other 3 people I spoke with prior to speaking to him was very kind and polite. Everyone that uses ubereats doesn't do it for a mere convenient I'm ill taking a lot of medicine and needed to eat to take my medications. I will never even attempt to support another"black owned business' the unprofessionalism is ridiculous. The chicken is so dry and hard the bone is even dried out. The beans are cloudy I don't know what that's about. I merely tried to have my food replaced and give them this plate back but "the manager" wants to be all in his feelings because the food is bad lacking the professionalism of a superior. I do want to thank the young lady and the 2 young men I spoke with for being so professional and polite, they know I wasn't irate or even upset when I initially placed the call to this restaurant it was that male. The response to my complaint is a lie, I did not speak to the same male 3 different times neither was I "irate" you got passed when I told you that meat was cooked 2 days ago and those cloudy beans were spoiled. I know the difference in the voices between the young men I spoke with and the "manager". That meat was so old and had been reheated so many times it became the texture of jerky inedible. Had ubereats had the reviews from other people who had bad experiences at this place I would have never ordered here. If you're don't want anyone to complaint about bad food don't sell it. I'm done with this liar I got my money back and will never ever order from here. I'll stick with Big Horn BBQ at least they take care of their customers and don't serve old inedible food, lie on their customers or all in their feelings."

"The atmosphere reminded me of being on the south side of Chicago, so I loved that. The guy taking my order wouldn’t answer any questions he just said they’ve been there for 20 years and I’m supposed to accept that to mean everything is great. but they’re chicken wings and fries are awesome."

"I'm really disappointed with place today. The lady taking our order made us wait more then 30 mins before giving us our food! Other customers that had came in after us had got their us. Even another customer ask us why he had his order before us. We have never been treated like before. We will never go back to this place again!! God doesn't like ugly!!!"

"Food is amazing! I only get the mild sauce and it is on point. The loaded baked potato is huge. I highly recommend the rib tips. The portion is very generous. Go get some today!"
