"the new management or staff they have there working this morning was just plain terrible bro, I order my coffee maybe 10mins before actually showing up, I get there and I’m left waiting for another 5-10mins while the manager is just there standing around with nobody else in the front. Total waste of money and time I simply refunded my money through app and left"

She wanted me to pay to get a different drink. She was very rude and clearly had no customer service skills. I got my food and of course it was cold. I purchased a "Bacon King" that had 1 piece of bacon on it. An $8 burger with 1 piece of bacon. Will not return to this sorry establishment. It blows my mind that someone can be a manager and has absolutely no customer service skills."
