"Now listen!!! Wing stop can be a hit and miss with their customer service and food. It’s not just this location either. The young people that work there not all. Some of them are not work savvy. Playing loud music, going in and out the restaurant and taking orders. They are not attentive to the customers. I barely hear welcome to wing stop any more. In my opinion it’s best to take out. To make sure your food is correct. Will I continue to eat there? yep from time to time. It’s chicken wings. And they have good chicken sandwiches for sure. If they add more sauce on the wings like they do their sandwich then they will be on to something. Just do your job with integrity and truth."

"My husband and I placed an online order for 2 ten piece combos. The food was not fresh, the chicken was hard and when I called for a manager the young lady was rude. She said I had to bring my food back to the store for a refund. I remember when the Missouri City location was built. Custom Service and quality of food especially freshness is so important for anyone’s health. I will NEVER return. Clearly this is old so to tell me to bring it back insulted my intellect while demonstrating you don’t value my business. I started going to Wingstop over 20 years ago on the Southwest side of town off kirkwood so I know Wingstop and will drive to Highway 6 or wilcrest locations that maintain freshness"

"This location is terrible. I came to pick up my food, there was no line, no one else in the waiting area. There was one person tending to the cash register and she was on her own personal iPhone talking to whoever. She did not greet me or even acknowledge me. I waited for a few mins standing at the pick up area until I finally moved and stood directly in front of her and asked if I could get my mobile order. She said one moment and then hung up her call on her iPhone. She then picked up the store phone and told whoever that their food would be ready in another 10 minutes. So this whole time, someone has been waiting on hold, while she’s on her personal phone for at least 5 minutes. Customer service is terrible, food accuracy and timeliness is an issue at this location. Hire employees who actually need a job, these people clearly don’t. Find another job that either pays you more or that you’re passionate about. Common customer service etiquette doesn’t suit you. Lots of jobs are hiring other than Wingstop."
