On our last visit over the weekend, we were helped by Ava. She was extremely attentive to my wife’s needs and, needless to say, we will be returning here for both my wife and daughter."

"Ann Taylor has brought back quality clothing, fabric and stitching. Also return to classic timeless styles with a bit of modern accents. Very knowledgeable, professional staff. Excellent stylists. Stopped buying Ann Taylor years ago when quality deteriorated, but have purchased many items from their new collection and will return in the Fall for the new Fall/Winter collection. Ann Taylor is now a favorite!"

"I was very disappointed in this location. This coming from a former employer with the company I was upset with the customer service. I walked into the store to pick up my purchase and employees were in the back doing build outs. I waited at the counter patiently because I understand that sometimes you get caught up doing things. Two of the associates made eye contact with me and failed to acknowledge me. I was standing at the counter, obviously I need assistance. After waiting for 5 minutes, I approached the ladies to tell them I had a curbside order. The manager did help me but I was just so disappointed that when I walked in no one said anything. Someone could have walked in, stolen something and they would have never known."

"I had never been to an Ann Taylor store before. I will definitely be going back. The customer service here was outstanding and the selection was really good. I was about to leave when I couldn't find what I wanted. An hour later, I walked out with an entire suit (jacket, pants, skirt). Every single associate offered their opinions and helped me find what I needed. Even after I tried on 10 things, they were more than willing to help me find the 11th. Everything fit so well I went online that night to order another suit. I have not had this level of service from an off the rack store before. Incredibly impressed."

"I went by yesterday morning with my 3 year old and two men were working. I walked in and not one of them said a word to me, did not say good morning, explain the sales etc. I didn't really think anything of it until a lady walked into the store a few minutes after me and to my astonishment was given a warm welcome, informed of the sales going on in the store, and the second lady to walk in after me was also treated the same, greeted warmly etc. Even after being in the store for sometime the two other ladies were checked on and asked if everything was alright, and I was never checked on, I held a blouse in my hands and never was asked if I needed a fitting room. I have bought the bulk of my Ann Taylor pieces at this location and have never been profiled or felt unwelcome in this store. These two men are rediculous and should not be working in retail! If it weren't for my daughter being with me that morning I would have said something. Everyone should be treated with dignity and respect. I guess it was assumed because I walked into the store in my workout clothing that I was not a customer. I will never go to this location again!"
