"Do not do business with this owner. He has stolen my client's cell phone. My client worked on his pool at his home for close to a week and when it was time to pay for this work, not only did he refuse to pay, he also stole my client's phone. On top of all this, he purposely caused a scene that was loud enough for all his neighbor's to over hear in the hopes of accusing my client of starting trouble. The police were called, a report has been been filed and according to SAPD, my client has a definite case against him. Reply to owner's response: I do have the correct business! You hired my client to do work on your pool. He and his brother have been working on your pool for almost a week at the home you rent at 14006 Cougar Point. You have yet to pay a penny towards any of the work that has been done and kept making excuses as to when, who and where you would be bringing the money. My client has spent up towards $100 out of his pocket on supplies needed due to your excuses regarding paying him. Last night after spending more time, yet again, waiting for you to show up to pay, when you finally showed up, you caused a very loud scene by yelling and threatening both men in front of numerous neighbors and guests at your home and then left with his cell phone. The police were then called out to file a report of theft. Afterwards, the cell phone was tracked to your business location on Camp Bullis Rd, Slayve to Style."
