"I used to love shopping at LOFT being moving San Antonio but the LOFT at La Cantera has terrible customer service every time I attempt to shop there. No one working there engages with customers, and they seem annoyed if you ask for their help. I just went in today and the young lady behind the counter didn’t greet me. I looked at her, smiled and said hello and she looked shocked that I spoke and she wasn’t sure how yo respond. I’ve never experienced anything like this. A manager eventually came over and was very pleasant when she rang up my order but I really miss the great customer service I came to expect from other locations of the LOFT."

"The customer service at this location is laughably awful. If you want to receive the quality of service you expect with merchandise this price, go to the location in Stone Oak. They were much more accommodating and friendly, and went out of their way to help with my issue when the store at La Cantera repeatedly (and dismissively) said there was nothing they could do."

"So listen i never do this stuff but this was so aggravating. I purchased a dress on the 27th at Ann Taylor Loft. Took the dress home washed it according to their washing instructions on the tag. And the dress shrunk to the point that it is now the length of a long shirt. I recognize that Lofts return “practice” is they don’t return product that has been washed. But it is clear that I cared for it the way it was intended. They have the ability to make an exception. And not only did they NOT do that, the manager that came up then told me the dress shouldn’t have been machine washed. I said ironic because the tag said it could. So my experience was horrible. And not only has the Loft at La Cantera lost a client but all Loft in general. Over exchanging a $35 dress. Oh and the funniest part, the lady beside me was about the buy the same dress and saw how they were hassling me, and put it back! In an environment where retailers are closing and consumers have choices, you should always choose to give the best service possible. And for the record, their policy states that unwashed and unworn OR defective product can be returned with receipt. Clearly this is a defective issue."

"Extremely rude employees! Jasmine is the only person who had a smile on her face and was helpful. Everyone else to include the manager we're extremely rude. Worst Loft I've ever shopped at in 15 years of shopping at this store."
