"Got spicy chicken sandwich for my family. The chicken was stinking and rubbery. I think they gave us yesterdays or few days old sandwich.We tried calling to address this issue but nobody answered our call (attempted to call 3-4 times). Was very disappointed with the food and service, will not get chick fil A sandwich anymore!"
"So I ordered my usual, spicy chicken, med fries and lemonade no ice. I received my food and pulled out the waffled fries and noticed that I got 4 big waffles, and the rest little burnt crumbled up fries at the bottom. So I asked if I could get new fries because these are old fries and not a legitimate portion. The Latino delivery guy accused me of taking fries out (along with a dr8ve thru window clerk) to seem like I purposely deceive them to get more fries. First of all I would just order a large for my fries. I am HIGHLY offended at the accusation of me taking out the fries for more fries. My whole thing was burnt crunchy fries that filed the bottom and 4 large fries at the top to seem like I got a good portion of a medium. I will NEVER drive up to this Hwy 6 location next to Krogers. With any fast food chain, we expect a good portion fries not burnt, not crunchy and reasonably the same size. Chick Fila usually has better customer serv8ce than accusing a customer of being deceitful. I want an apology."
"UPDATE I recieved a poorly done meal though drive thru. I upsized the fries and literally it was half full (see the pic i posted)and thr fries stone cold. The sandwich was a thin patty of chicken that had been fried to a barely edible dark brown crisp. I take back the previous review where i praised their consistency. I looked at my receipt to see if there was a customer service satisfaction line and there was none. I assume this is because they have so much business they dont have to worry about it. Chickfila is consistency. The food, the service and the cleanliness is consistently a step above most fast food places. The employees are always friendly and very helpful. If it wasn't for the chaos of trying to navigate the parking lot to dine in I would give it 5 stars. Of course they do their best out there but it's like a game of human frogger to get inside and all the spots that are safer to cross are designated as drive through waiting. There has to be a better way to eat a chicken sandwich inside their establishment with out endangering your life."
"I may gain weight but it will be worth it! Our Boutique, "The Flawless Closet" is in the same parking lot as this location. The staff there is amazing and with the two drive-thru lanes, we can get in and out quickly and easily even during busy periods. Keep up the good work!"
"Good food, poor customer service. OK, it’s only a couple of bucks, but when there is no apology or attempt to make something right, I think it’s a sign customer service needs improvement. I ordered a kale salad in the drive-through line. The menu said it cost $2.35. When I picked up my food and got the receipt it showed $3.99. I asked the attendant why I was charged more than what was on the menu, and he shrugged his shoulders and said that the prices have gone up. I thought I would ask someone else, so I went inside and showed a supervisor the price on the menu outside versus the price on my receipt. She said they stopped offering the small size so I was charged for a large. I pressed, “so why does the menu show $2.35?” She said it was because we haven’t updated the menu. No apology, no offer to make it right. Small thing, but it irked me!"
