"This is by FAR, was the worst experience I have had at a Taco Bell restaurant! The attendant who took my order and the manager were both WRONG and RUDE at the same time. They gave me the wrong order that I payed $11 for. I discovered after I ate one of the items that it was the wrong order. They wanted me to pay for their mistake. After explaining to them that me eating an item that they mistakenly gave should not be something I have to REPAY FOR now that they know. Furthermore, the clerk didn't even know how to put the right order in without the manager's help. The manager nor the clerk wanted to make my order without me paying and as a result the manger sloppily made my chalupa on the hardest bread he could find. It was inedible. I wouldn't going back to this Taco Bell I was paid to do so."

"As the only Taco Bell option in my area, I had hoped for a better experience at this location. Unfortunately, the lack of basic customer service skills leaves much to be desired. Whether entering the store or using the drive-thru, a simple greeting seems too much to ask for. It's disheartening to feel like an inconvenience when all I want is to receive what I've paid for without feeling like I'm inconveniencing the staff. Additionally, requesting condiments shouldn't be met with annoyance. The overall ambiance of the place is subpar, with perpetually sticky floors, though I will commend them for maintaining a clean restroom. Overall, this location needs significant improvement in both service and cleanliness. Until then, I'll continue to bypass it for the Taco Bell in the nearest city."

"Stopped going to this location a long time ago. It always feels dirty. Food isn’t well prepared. They often put cones in front of the drive through long before closing time so cars can’t drive up. It’s honestly worth the 5-6 mile drive down the road to their other location in Missouri City, it’s much cleaner and run like it’s supposed to be run."

"This place is disgusting from the food to the service. The store manager and well as shift managers are unprofessional. I went in to order food about 9pm at night got home and my food was ice cold and soggy I could literally ball my dorito tacos in my hand. So I called the store and the manager on duty isreal gv no concern did not apologize did not communicate next steps. I had to ask him what was the next steps he said just come I asked why was I coming he said to get more tacos I stated do you really think I wanna eat something else from there return my money for my order. I then asked if this was a corporate store or franchise he stated he didn’t know I asked for a number to call he stated get it off the website. I asked him if he thought the owner would appreciate me posting the photos online and potentially causing him to lose business he didn’t care. I go in today to speak with the store manager and she was worse than the other manager I said sadly neither of you guys have apologized it is just that damn simple sometimes. Then she refused to refund me for my entire order because they can’t refund over $10 but refunded me $11. I asked her as well for a number to reach the owners and she told me to look online. I have never seen such blatant disregard for customer service. This place needs to clean house on staff because if they dont run people off with the poor customer service they definitely will cause someone to be sick frol eating contaminated food."

"Mid-sized location with adequate parking spaces. The interior is normally clean but service is slow. Two self serve kiosks are available. The staff is not rude but not friendly either. Service is a bit slower than other locations but the food is well made."
