"This restaurant is an older establishment but still desirable. Service was quick, food was served quickly, and menu item was exactly as I expected."
"There was only one section of the restaurant open during our visit. It was not busy but since there were only two servers including the manager himself, they were both made working hard. Food was ok except the medium rare steak was so cooked well done that no steak sauce could compensate for its dryness. Same applied to the overcooked salmon that didn't have any good fat left. In fact, it was so dry that it already split open prior to handling it."
"Ordered a sandwich online on one occasion and paid (and tipped) beforehand. I didn't check my order before leaving the store, only to get home and realize the sandwich was NOT what I ordered. Fast forward a few months to today and I ordered the same exact thing that I had ordered last time, but this time I didn't tip and checked my order. Once again, my sandwich was NOT what I ordered. I looked at the ticket to make sure that it listed the sandwich I ordered correctly, and it did. I went back inside and asked the lady at the counter to look at my receipt, then look at my sandwich. She apologized immediately and took the order back, then returned a few minutes later with the correct sandwich in a different box. When I got home, I noticed that the sandwich looked absolutely horrible, as if the person that made it was pissed because they got called out. The egg was not in the sandwich, but actually placed under the sandwich like someone had just thrown stuff in the box. I was glad that I didn't tip this time only to find that the system still added a 10% gratuity to my order anyway which pissed me off even more!! I saw the review where the gentleman posted what was supposed to be an omelet and believe it was the same person that made my sandwich. I will not be going back to this location ever again. I'm pretty sure that the cook can't read and just looks at the ticket, then takes a guess at what it said. All these news stories about these low paid workers asking for tips and salary increases. Why would anyone pay an illiterate person more than minimum wage?????"
"I stopped for a nice hot meal.. cause I'm am uber driver and needed to refuel on good food... It turns out I WAS NOT ALLOWED A TABLE THERE WAS AN OLDER MAN ON HIS PHONE SITTING ON A STOOL ON HIS PHONE ... "Disgusting!! This has got to be the worst Denny’s in America. I remember eating their nachos at the south more location as a kid so I decided to go and get some. When the waitress brought it to me, there was only me and chips with a small amount of cheese. I guess I was looking at a funny. so the waitress said, “ they must’ve forgot the pico de gallo I’ll go ask them“ when she went to go ask the female cook to put some on there. The cook shook her head “no” because they didn’t have any. I walked up behind her to the counter to ask for sour cream, which they also forgot. she told me they didn’t have any at all. at that point, I just wanted to leave. I then saw a male cook chop and scoop up tomatoes and onions with his bare hands and no gloves. At that point, I was done. I left a full plate of nachos on the table asked for the check and just paid the little eight dollars. I decided to call back when I left. No one answered. I called three times. Since they cannot attend to customer complaints, I’m forced to leave a review. Maybe if they would’ve answered the phone, they could’ve taken a tip to make sure that their cooks are wearing gloves and that they have all the ingredients needed, but since they can’t, and won’t, I have to leave a review I can’t let other people go there after what I saw and experienced. Why didn’t the waitress tell me that they didn’t have sour cream or pico de gallo what I ordered the nachos in the first place? That was unprofessional but I digress."
