"My wife wanted subway and the first two we stopped at the veggies for the sandwich were all wilted and old looking like it wasn't fresh, which is their claim to fame. Last try was this particular location and the food looked much better and the service was much better."

"Ordered a veggie delight sandwich bread was definitely old. Lady at the counter wasn’t very pleasant. I tossed the sandwich in the trash and walk right out the establishment."

"I came in and the store seems very warm in temperature which is very uncomfortable. I was greeted when I walked in however, the worker did not speak English very well so it was difficult to communicate. Another worker came from the back to help, he checked people out on the register but eventually came to help me because he spoke English well, his name is Isaac. Isaac was really polite and when I requested that he change his plastic gloves (the ones he had on handling money) he politely did so before preparing the fixings for my sandwich. The reviews seem to be true regarding the language barriers, I hope that Isaac works the day that I decide to go back lol."

"I’m not going to lie, I was nervous to come here because of the awful reviews, but everything was so great. There was a lot of staff behind the counter helping each person, all of them spoke English and were able to help us greatly. The bread was some of the freshest fluffiest bread we’ve seen, the portions were good, and the staff was fast and efficient."

"If you need a person who understands English to fix your sandwich DO NOT go to this location. You would think that the owner has enough sense to be sure to have at least 1 bilingual person who understands English on each shift, but obviously. The nice lady next to me had to translate what I was saying. On top of the fact that I placed my order online and paid extra for sliced avocado, just for them to tell me they don’t carry sliced avocado and I cannot get a refund on the extra $1.20 I spent for the sliced avocado. Worst experience ever. I will never patronize this location again. I see why they have 2.9 stars. I should have read the reviews before I went. Lesson learned."
