"This was my first time ordering from Firehouse Subs for a work luncheon. Aure and his team did an AMAZING job catering for us. The sandwich trays offered lots of fresh sandwich options and at very responsible prices. Delivery was on time and without ANY problems. Thanks again for going above and beyond for us and making our lunch perfect!"
"Stopped in and ordered sandwiches to be ready in half an hour while I shopped at a nearby store. They said "okay." Came back an hour later, and the sandwiches still weren't ready. Had to wait another fifteen minutes, completely defeating the purpose of pre-ordering the sandwiches. Not only were they unapologetic, but I got the ole' blank "oh well" look. If you're looking for friendly and fast service, this isn't the place. I'll be going back to and now sticking with the location near First Colony Mall."
"This is by far the crappiest location I have ever been to of the Firehouse chain. Non-existent customer service, sloppy sandwiches (as seen in the picture, tuna wasn't even put in the sandwich I had to add it in my self, they just gave it on the side without being asked) they didn't even cut the sandwich after being asked to. Charged for pickle Spears when all the other locations I've been to do not charge. WILL NEVER EVER RETURN AND WILL MAKE SURE EVERYONE I KNOW DOESNT VISIT THIS LOCATION!"
"Most Firehouse subs shops are good... But this one is above and beyond. Same great food but an owner who cares as well as his employees. They make you feel like you are a part of there restaurant."
