"UPDATE January 2024: Google says we came here a dozen times in 2023. I can't say enough about how this is a hidden gem in houston. Don't order all at once. Order the appetizer and soup first. After it arrives, order the rest Best meal combination is as follows Thai Noodle Soup (Chicken) Papaya Salad Pananag Curry Fish or Pork Pad Ke Mao (chicken or pork) Green Beans with ground pork Pad Prik King Chicken or Pork Notable altenatives: Tom Yum Soup, Eggplant with Pork, Pad se Ewe (noodles), Green Curry (Chicken or Pork) This place is BYOB. Bring your own alcohol, she doesn't charge a set up fee. EARLIER (2022, 2023) REVIEW. Favorites are the curries, soups, salads, most of the entrees. The pork takes up flavor the best. The fried fish is good but market price causes the portion to be small. The fish in curry is a better option. Appetizers are okay UPDATE: Been here half a dozen times now. Good food. Good friendly service. Dumplings are okay, nothing special. Pad Thay ... good, nothing special Green Curry, excellent Pad Prik King Fish (Swai), excellent. Papaya Salad, good Thai Noodle Soup, different and nice Dumping Soup, OK nothing special Crab Fried Rice, Imitation crab. Ok. Pleasant surprise. Really good food. Good service. Had fish in curry, the papaya salad, eggplant, appetizer sampler. All very good. Added pork to the eggplant. Flavors were all good. Got 3 out of 5 on spice level and it worked out for all of us. I had to add some extra spice."
"Delicious Thai food! Very friendly staff! I placed very large orders about 10 entrées at around 730 at night and they helped me take the to go bags to my car. Very thoughtful service. Fast cooking! Usually the food comes out freshly made and fast within 5 to 15 minutes depending on the appetizer or entrée. We came at the end of the night 7:45pm (they close at 8pm on Wednesday) and they were very accommodating. I highly recommend this place. Love good spicy Thai food! I am usually here about once every six weeks. https://youtu.be/eeYvjImKA2c?si=0YdRPSWaKE-mCBk8"
"Small space with excellent staff and service. Food is excellent. Portions generous. I would have tried the desert, but did not have room for it. My favorite Thai food is Pad See Ew - their version of it was great. This is likely to become a reqular spot for us."
"This is a small hidden authentic gem. These are the flavors you will get if you were in Thailand. The Panang curry had a great sweet and spicy flavor like it should. The fried rice had that texture from a hot wok that you look for to accompany the great flavor. I lived in Thailand for a while and this place really did remind me of the food I would have there. It is small and nothing fancy, but that is why you go for the food!"
"5 of us from work went there for lunch. I had Pad Kee Moa (Drunken Noodles) It was excellent ! My coworkers had Pad Thai and a spicy Red Curry. Everybody was happy with their food. The place was very busy & we got our food quickly."
