"My refrigerator stopped cooling. I called and Appliance Repair scheduled an appointment for repair the following day between 9-12. The next day the repair tech did not show up by noon. When I called to find out what time the tech would arrive I was informed that they did not have a tech that was a Samsung specialist available and that they had cancelled the appointment. They said they would not reschedule because they did not know when they would have a tech available “In my area” and that they had called me the previous day to cancel. I did have one missed call from an unknown number the previous evening around 7:30pm but no voicemail. This Company uses local addresses and phone numbers to make customers believe they are a local company and just subcontract the repairs to other repair companies."

"Just a bad listing that takes you to a random person who will find someone to send out. They hung on my twice thinking i was a telemarketer? (out of area code phone number) Appliance repair they claim but un able to work on my appliances? Said they dont do that kind of repair..."

"This is a phony listing. There is no actual business, you will reach an office which contracts out to local repairmen. They tell you they will waive the service call fee, but they actually have the contractor work it into the cost of the repairs. The man who came to do the repairs was nice enough, but we couldn't get him to call us back, even though he wrote in the contract he would return if we had any issues within 90 days of service. Ignore this listing."
