"I gave you a 5 stars so you can take this as a positive comment, since you guys started this business on the 1960s you should be more concerned about your business and take it more serious and professional so your business can keeps going! I came to change the Oil and I did ask to check another issue that I’m facing, first, the front desk lady didn’t tell me how much does it cost or anything about the oil type that she would provide me! All what I heard is ( keep the keys inside the car) and then they did finished the oil change and didn’t check the other issues that I mentioned to check on it! And they didn’t tell me they will change the filter or how is it my oil condition or anything about my car! As I see someone complaining that you guys need to take care of the communication! Communication is the key, if you can’t handle it? Then bring someone else to manage the business because from my side ? I didn’t feel I’m welcome and I felt ignored by the people who work there, I wish you can fix this matter and take it seriously so you don’t lose another client like me bcz im sorry im not coming anymore, wishing you all the best."
