"Food was cold. Meat patty was never hot enough to even start to melt the cheese. The guy at the window was so short his arm couldn't reach out the window. Not his fault but think about this. You have post outside to keep cars from hitting the building. That adds distance. It's Texas people drive trucks. So I have to climb half out of my window since T-Rex arms can't even reach out the window to hand me or receive anything...who did the scheduling. Also are you saving for the next paper towel pandemic shortage...1 paper towel is all you get for a hamburger and onion rings..I don't need enough to restock my home for a week but geez...or did you guys put the paper towels to high on the shelves for short man to reach as a joke...look at your rating compared to the other three stores around you... you are losing big time and I know why now."

"This isn’t a large fry not even a medium. A freaking small if even. Alls I wanted was to come home and enjoy some food after a long day but this sent me over the edge. You’re telling me you can fill a box of fries up and that when your put it in the bag you would’ve have noticed it wasn’t full. So we spent extra money to get a LARGE fry and got a box half empty. Just makes no sense that you have a scoop that works to fill up each box perfectly and you can’t use it right. wow thanks whata"
