"There's a reason this place has bad reviews. We're in such a nice neighborhood but the place has such horrible reviews because the staff is horrible. For example on Google it shows that they're open at 6:00 a.m. a few of us are in the Drive-Thru at 6:30 in the morning and they're not taking anybody's order. They're inside the two girls, but they're refusing to talk to anybody at the drive-thru. I'm surprised the manager doesn't look at these reviews. I'll be contacting Wendy's corporate"

"Ordered a drive thru sour cream and chives baked potato and 2 baked potato bacon and cheese . When I got home my daughter noticed that the light sour cream is already expired- use by Jan 11 2024. I called Wendy’s at no one was answering my phone calls for the staff to be aware"

"If I can put zero stars I would. I came to order 2 jr burgers with bacon and 1 bacon burger with fries and drink and ghost fries and 5 cookies and 10 piece nuggets. The manager who greeted me push me aside to a worker there who did not check my bag and I said where is my chicken and I said I will be piss if I go home and I am missing food. She kinda laugh like she don’t care. There are 6 workers and this is at 11:38am and I was the only one in the restaurant and nobody was in there yet and 2 people in the drive thru. I waited for my order and not even a sorry for the delay. No way in hell you pay these people $15 an hour to work if they are incompetent and all I got was a sorry when I called to complain missing my order of fries. Shut this place down for good please for this is my 2nd time bad service and last time."

"I normally don't bother in writing these reviews. But just the sheer incompetence of this particular location (w/ sufficient evidence as per prior reviews) needs to be made clear for any unsuspecting customers. The prior reviews are spot-on. There doesn't even have to be a very long line, nor do you have to make any sort of complicated order — the people here will still manage to screw it all up. Kid you not, I literally just ordered ONE MEDIUM FROSTY. ONE. And there were only 2 people ahead of me in line. Yet the moment I pull up to the window, they are handing me complete meal combos (and trying to charge me in full for that wrong order). How pathetic is that? I just rolled with it regarding the extra food, only because I still managed to get the frosty I wanted (i.e. I was lucky that the correct size and flavor just so happened to be part of the wrong order). Also reasonable food quality, which is, again, good luck on my end. The luck on my end made me generous, so I'll give two stars. But it really needs to be one star, or even lower, as I'm well aware from prior reviews regarding how bad things can get at this specific location. Mistakes happen, true, but with such a huge gaffe from even that simple order, combined with the ample evidence from prior reviews regarding repeated errors ... it just demonstrates pure incompetence regarding this particular location, and others need to be aware of it."

"Terrible service, paid 26 bucks for 2 meals and a kids meal and got the sandwiches that looked like they were put together by a school kid. Took forever, wasn't acknowledged when I arrived at the window, sat for 2 minutes till he came and closed the window. And the all natural lemonade was terrible. I love Wendy's, but this is a bad location right now, needs better management."
