On the night of [September 28th, 2023], I visited this particular Wingstop branch with the intention of placing an order for my family, including myself and my four children. We had planned to enjoy a special meal together to celebrate a great week filled with accomplishments, such as timely chores, excellent grades, completed homework, and the exciting news that my sons had made their basketball team. They had been looking forward to dining at Wingstop, an experience their friends had raved about since one of their friends had it served at his party two months ago. However, our experience at this Wingstop location was far from enjoyable. The store's closing time is listed as midnight, and I arrived around 10:30 PM, hoping to place our order and have a pleasant family meal. However, I patiently waited until 11:30 PM to get service. It was at this point that a lady from the back of the establishment approached me and stated that the kitchen was closing, and I could only order what was available. She mentioned that the store had to close down at 11:50 PM. I asked how much I could order for four people, to which she responded in an extremely rude and dismissive tone. Frustrated by her attitude, I requested to speak to another staff member. Thankfully, another lady came to assist me, and she was genuinely trying to help. However, the lady from the back continued to scream at the front cashier, creating an uncomfortable and unwelcoming atmosphere. The cashier informed me that I could only order what was available, but I requested to know what items were still on the menu. It was at this moment that the cook from the back screamed loudly in Spanish, "We don't have any for him. We don't have any more chicken." This outburst was not only unprofessional but also highly disrespectful. I want to emphasize that my visit to Wingstop was intended to be a special treat for my sons after their significant achievements. Instead, it turned into a deeply disappointing and frustrating experience for all of us. We left the restaurant without placing an order, leaving my children heartbroken and myself feeling disrespected as a customer. I am writing this complaint with the hope that Wingstop takes this matter seriously and addresses the issues faced at this specific location. I believe in the quality of your food and the potential for a positive dining experience, and I would appreciate it if someone could follow up on this matter. I believe that improvements in customer service and professionalism at this branch can lead to better customer experiences in the future.
