Domino's Pizza 18502 West Bellfort, Richmond, TX 77407

"warning : pieces of BACON/MEAT consistently FOUND in the VEGETARIAN pizzas I order!! This isn't the first or second time this has happened, which is why decided to write this review. If anything, I've almost always found meat in the vegetarian pizzas I've ordered and I don't know if I can just brush this off as bad food handling etiquette anymore like I did the last couple times. I kept giving this location a second and third chance because it's near my house, but I unfortunately can't anymore. I have family members who do not eat pork, and others who are vegetarian, and this is unacceptable. Please be aware if you are vegetarian/don't eat pork, the pieces of bacon are so small that you only realize you've eaten it after you've taken a bite (the taste is pretty oily & discernable, but you might miss it if you're not familiar with it.). Once you spit out the bite, you'll see that there were tiny bits of bacon under the cheese so there's no way to tell at first glance that they messed up the order. Super annoyed and disappointed and hope they tighten up on not mixing ingredients - esp veg & nonveg ones."

"If I could leave 0 stars I definitely would. The lady who took my order over the phone had an unnecessary attitude, bad customer service and on-top of that they fraudulently tried to give themselves a tip on my card without my authorization. Now I don’t have any problem tipping delivery drivers but when you fraudulently want to give yourself a tip then that’s seriously messed up…pizza wasn’t even sliced properly, if you like yourself never from here"

"This dominos is really inconsistent. I had the worst time ordering. The man on the phone didn’t know the menu, I had to repeat myself several times, and remind him that I wasn’t done ordering as he kept wanting to get me off after each item I ordered. He didn’t understand when I asked for the “black box” pizza so I asked for another person to help who came on the phone laughing. That other person was the assistant manager but sounded like a child. I expressed my frustration to him and he said “I’m sorry, English isn’t his first language.” To top it all off the wings were undercooked and they didn’t use the provolone cheese or have many of the regular toppings included with a Philly cheese pizza. So disappointed."

"Picked up a cheese pizza here. The little ones all enjoyed it, so that's what mattered for us. It tasted just like we expected from Domino's. The cheese was standard, and the sauce is decent, and as we come to love from the chain. The dough was consistent and not a shock since they are made in a centralized location with delivery to each store in trays."

"I order a medium size pizza order #698. We ask for well done but we got burned pizza. When spoke to manager Jackie over the phone call she was very rude and she curse at me called at 7:51 pm Very unprofessional and bad customer service."
