"I ordered some items for pick up in store. The website stated these items were available in store and that the order would be ready estimated 3-4 hours. I waited approximately 4.5 hours and decided to head to the store to see if the order was ready or get an update. One individual was very friendly and tried their best to help, looking in the system and physically looking for the order. They stated that the order was not showing up on their system and thus there must be a problem or the order wasn’t processed for some reason. The other individual who decided to step in was very curt and condescending since I did not receive an email stating the order was ready even though the estimated time had elapsed and I simply wanted an update. Upon contacting customer support, they informed me something occurred with processing the order and the order would be delayed which I was not informed about at any time."

"Okay so Kendall and Jazmine employees there at Hot Topic were the absolute best. Both had helped me at different times when I needed help. They both had great customer service, super helpful, along with having the best attitudes. Not only with me but with other customers in the store. I will say my ESA pup Pixie stole the show tho… and they just loved her. I want to say thank you to both of them. Keep up the awesomeness girls!!"
