Wingstop

"I went into this Wingstop to order my wings and noticed two employees who were preparing food rubbing sweat off their faces with their bare hands. One of the employees had just finished changing the trash and returned to the food area without washing her hands. I brought this to the cashier's attention and asked her if the employees could wash their hands and put on gloves and she stated to me that they were not allowed to wear gloves. This is absolutely disgusting for food handlers to prepare the public's meals with bad hygiene and habits. I will be reporting this location to Harris County FDA."

"By time I got home 10 wings instead of 15. Call and returned but encountered rude and hostile and argumentative Carlos. Partly my fault for not counting when the blond opened the box. Correcting the order and good customer service without him berating. Oh I do speak Spanish so I heard their conversation. Will return to my neighborhood wing stop."

"This location is my favorite! I love the way they cook especially went I ask for we'll done! I love the fries with extra seasoning with ranch."

"Just not a good stop... Needed something to eat, it was late and I just got into town. This location was close to my hotel. When I walked in there was a group of 4 employees standing in the kitchen cutting up, only one girl in the entire place looked to be working and she was in the kitchen cooking. I ordered and the guy running the register was top busy laying against to the counter to really do much. He eventually got the order in but then the card machine wasn't working so it took several minutes, rebooted the machine, etc. Eventually they took me to a different register. Got check out and it took a while to get my food. Food was okay...just okay. Wasn't impressed. A few other people had come in and were 5 at various tables. One of the employees started stacking the chairs upside down on the tables, an hour before close. Overall not a good place to spend money... food was mid and the staff was not great other than the girl in the kitchen incorrect motion. Would not return, especially if there is a BWW nearby."

"The only reason I gave this location 4/5 is because they did not answer the phone when I called to make my order to go, I had to call a few times and wait a few minutes before someone answered. But it happens, the customer service was nice. The wings and fries were very good, the ranch was good aswell. My order was correct and I would recommend this location."
