"I rarely have an issue if I order during the day at this location, but night is a different story. I’ve had to go back to the store multiple times because they don’t pay attention to upgrades. Tonight I got a chalupa supreme and the fried tortilla was tough. It’s like it was fried a week ago and sat there waiting to get used. It was very stale. There was very little meat and it was cold. There was a small strip of sour cream on the cheesy fiesta potatoes. I couldn’t see any cheese until I moved the sour cream around. There was maybe a tiny drop of the cheese. They didn’t do this tonight but in the past they’ve asked to reverse my car back to the post then wait for them to wave me forward. They are not that fast at their jobs, so corporate needs to know what they ask customers to do."

"The food at this location is awful! Not only did they mess up our order the food was not cooked through. When we opened up the tacos, the entire bottom of the taco stuck to the wrappers and the beef was ice cold. No exaggeration here ice cold. We warmed them up in the microwave and my sweet elderly mother now has awful food poisoning and that was the only thing she ate the entire day. Please work with your teams to cook the food thoroughly."

"I found a sharp piece of plastic in my beefy 5 layer burrito. I discovered it while chewing and spit it out of my mouth. I went to the store to make management aware of the situation and the night manager "Trey" did not care. He said it probably came from the packaging and then he attempted to end the call. He was NOT concerned with the possibility of multiple shards that I could have already swallowed or if anyone else could have gotten their food contaminated. Do not go here. Their food is contaminated!"

"What a surprise! We hadn’t been here in a long time, but wow, they have completely modernized, and they make it quite easy to select vegetarian options if you want. It’s all done by touch screen, and there are many options you can add on to your food. My only suggestion is that once you receive the burritos and other food, it’s hard to tell what is what. It should be marked better."
