"Once again no crispy french fries. Both orders of fries tasted kinda like it hadn't been cooked enough. Ordered 44 oz Dr. Pepper, tab indented for DP, the drink was a Coke. Both burgers went from warm kind of quick. One burger ordered no onions, must of had them on it and removed, onion smell and taste was there. One good thing my drink was good."
"We ordered two meals in the drive thru and one was completely missing. The chicken bites only had a single piece of toast in a box, no chicken or fries. We want to keep giving our local location the benefit of our business, but consistently 1 out of every 3 visits has a critical error. Friendly staff, but not worth the hassle."
