"La muchacha que me atendió fué extremadamente grosera. The lady that took my order was extremely rude. No eye contact, seemed like she was annoyed by me ordering, and she even laughed at me at one point. And when handing me my food she didn't even say anything or looked at me. Worst service ever, and by looking at the reviews it looks like I'm not the only one that thinks so. It's a shame the owners don't care and they only make excuses for their terrible service"

"Worse service across venezuelan restaurant, and trust me as a Venezuelan that’s a lot to say. There was not a single client; the lobby was clean so no real reason for the lady that was taking care of the front on 10/01/22 to be as rude as she was. No eye contact, not a single smile not even simple courtesy as to reply to a normal interaction. We waited 10 min and the food was cold, not even warm, it was decent even at that temperature but the lady once again, went to my table, threw the food at us as if we were dogs and we went even as far as to thank her without a reply back, I requested more sauce and extended my hand to get them and she just threw them at a the table. There is absolutely no reason to treat your clients this way.
