"Had an appointment with Mr. Gonzalez and was called and told he was not able to make it. The gentleman that called said he would be coming out with Mrs. Gonzalez. They came out and within 20 minutes, Mrs Gonzalez had diagnosed the problem and fixed it for only a modest service call. Awesome work! Thank you."
