"Asked for a garlic beef footlong salad and I got very little spinach little cheese and only four slices of meat instead of the amount that goes on a footlong. This isn't the the first time I've had an issue with this location. The first time I got a footlong meatball sandwich withe meatballs on the side so that my bread wouldn't get soggy. The manager grabs two cups with no lids puts my meatballs in them with very little sauce. I asked for a bowl and the manager said that it's for salads. I told the manager that I'd pay for the bowl and she refused. I felt that she was rude and makes that location bad. I use to work for subway in the woodlands and we made sure that our customers got exactly what they requested. This is the only location that I have problems with. It lets me know that they don't care about thier customers only about what they can save for the company."

"Store have flies and don’t even have cups to drink water. And refused to provide soda cups to pour water as was told that they were for soda only , and I ended up buying soda . Bread is very hard to chew as well. Unfortunate. Customer service was bad."

"Love this location. the store super cool with the new remodel look. Employees are nice and friendly. They were really fast in making sandwiches and getting the line move fast. In and out in 5 minutes! Highly recommend this location."

"I recently had a terrible experience at Subway. The customer service I received was extremely unwelcoming and downright rude. To make matters worse, I found a strand of hair in my sandwich and immediately brought it to the attention of the bartender. Shockingly, the guy didn't even bother to apologize or offer a replacement. It was beyond disappointing and I can confidently say that this was the worst Subway I have ever been to. I would strongly advise against visiting this establishment if you value good customer service and hygiene."

"Just picked up my oven roasted chicken foot long from subway,(8:00pm, 4/28/2022) and I am very disappointed and would like to talk to whoever made my order and ask them wheres is the chicken (damn). Very disappointing take a look. FYI that's how my foot long looked when I open the bag."
