Glad to have had the service completed by your team in one day. However, I thought $260 to program a device I had purchased and provided was a bit rich. In just under an hour Dan came in and immediately eased the encounter with some humor. He assured me he’d take a look and not sugar coat or pressure sell. In short he had cool air circulating in my home in a matter of 30-45 minutes. He later came in and showed me pics of the readings taken and what was good vs what was bad. He also informed me of my options to replace inside and outside units which I am strongly considering in the near future for our system is definitely old.
