"Leah was amazing from the initial encounter of me entering the store. I was awaiting a designated person to assist( which was fine) but she seen the employee was tied up more than expected and she immediately said I can assist her! A HUGE plus in the customer service world nowadays! She assisted me with questions I had about the Max Book Air and trust me a had many questions! She ensured she answered them in detail and also went over details of the device once the questions I had were complete! Her attitude, customer service and overall job performance was amazing and definitely won me over to purchase the Max book air from Best Buy verses Apple! Thanks Leah for being one in a million in a world!"

"Best Buy is obsolete, don’t waste your time or money or energy doing any business with Best Buy. You might as well just order what you need off of Amazon. This is the third time I’ve had an inventory issue with Best Buy first time I ordered a TV came to curbside and then it wasn’t in stock. Second time ordered. A TV stand came to the store wasn’t in stock third time ordered a race simulator seat drove two hours to the location that showed to have it in stock got here and my order was canceled because they didn’t have it in stock. Then they told me they could ship it to my house and their online price was more expensive than Amazon. The only reason someone would willing to pay more is if they can have it same day. Big fail Best Buy. Two hours worth of diesel. Driving here than two hours worth of diesel driving back empty-handed. It’s pretty expensive. Nobody’s covering that cost. Thanks, Best Buy."

"I usually shop at this location for my computer needs. I am frequently in need of services or upgrades. Today I was looking for a AA and AAA battery charger. The website said there was one available. Dezi assisted me with the general area to search. When I was unsuccessful he pulled the item up and looked in two different areas. Upon finding it he also offered to checked me out at his station. Very cordial and professional. I also received a $5 gift card. Great shopping experience"
