"This is a brand new location for Captain D's. Very clean dining room and bathroom's. The staff is welcoming and friendly. For the price of the food it's a good value for the dollar. The coleslaw is very good! My wife and I have been at this location several times and always a good experience. Looking forward to our next visit."

"Let me save you a disappointment just go to Captain Tom’s. Just got this about 20 mins, I order a fish and shrimp platter and deluxe spicy one. And gumbo They forgot my gumbo and when I open my to go box it was so disappointed barely any fries, my husband went inside to get the gumbo and more fries, he said management sucks they didn’t even help him, someone else did. Also i didn’t know Mac and cheese was extra, and okra too. They need better management and better quantity the fish was okay and shrimp too nothing to rave about, the stuffing in the crab was mostly bread."

"Im sooo annoyed!! I Don't get it! This is the second time !! I ordered door dash the first time they didn't send all the items. I ordered 1gallon sweet tea, 3 platters, mozzarella sticks and extra hushpuppies I added sauces on the order and got 0 sauces and no sweet teas. This time I get raw food! I like the food from any of their places but this one sucks!"

"There was nobody in drive through when I ordered, but the waiting time was ridiculous for Saturday dinner time. Food was thrown in the to go box and no sauce offered. I used to go to other locations for years and always get back, because service was outstanding even during pandemic."

"Absolutely horrible experience. My aunt and I just got home from sitting in the Captain D’s line for over 20 minutes. No one came to the window to tell us what was taking so long, we had to knock on the window. After finally getting home, I check my meal and it is missing hush puppies and the shrimp. How after waiting for over 20 minutes, you still get the meal wrong? I grew up on Captain D’s in Louisiana and had been looking forward to trying this location once I saw it being built. Unfortunately I am so disappointed. I leave back out of the country tomorrow, but I called and spoke to an employee, and I do hope they honor what they said and give my aunt a replacement meal for the trouble."
