"Just went here today and maybe it’s store policy or something, but it doesn’t feel great to have a phone call prioritized over you while waiting in line. When I walked in and got in line, both attendants were in the back (seemingly helping the person in front of me) and the phone rang as they returned and saw me next in line. I waited a few more minutes as they answered the phone, but one of them had to go to the back again to check stock for the phone customer, and then another phone started ringing as a bigger line began to form behind me. I saved them the trouble and just left. I know I was kind of being impatient because I had groceries melting in the car, but there just didn’t seem to be any hustle or work ethic and it’s hard to be a part of that, especially when there are other options two blocks away."
