"I’m so disappointed, I purchased this two piece set for a Christmas gift. It arrived dirty and scuffed up. I called immediately after delivery to tell them my experience and that I am unable to bring it in without ruining the surprise and they offered no resolution. I’m embarrassed to even gift this. Even after cleaning it up, it’s so banged up and scuffed it looks like it was a return. I can’t even believe they allowed this to leave their store to be delivered to a customer. Very disappointing experience and I paid an extra fee for a same day delivery!"

"Badly organized store. They have packed the walk ways so full of excess merchandise that you are not able to navigate them with a large cart especially if you have lumber or PVC pipe. Management needs to rethink the concept of a quality shopping experience vs quantity of merchandise. I did give two stars because the floor staff are pleasant and try to be helpful otherwise it is a one star shopping experience."
