"We went here on Sunday evening. We ordered 2 sandwiches online. My husband mentioned that the lady at the counter seemed upset. Maybe because we didn’t tip for 2 sandwiches. Everyone wants a damn tip nowadays. I Can see if we’re eating there but it was to go! When we got home with the sandwich’s. The bread was super hard the bread looked toasted which we didn’t ask for. Disappointed"

"This is by far the worst place to get a sub! I eat Jersey Mike's all the time at the Fry road location and always get amazing subs and amazing service. This location is the polar opposite of that. I would give them 0 stars if I could. I ordered my sandwiches to go and when I got them home they were disgusting and we could not eat them. Completely drenched and put together insanely sloppy. And the service was terrible. They have a separate place to come and pick up and when I got there the girl just looked at me at the counter and then helped the man behind me at the line. Then the kids order I placed they didn't give me a drink or cookie. And when I called and spoke to the shift manager I was basically told it was my fault. Do yourself a favor and eat at the location on Fry!"
