"Lovely staff! Wings were fine, no complaints. This review is about the bibimbap. The bibimbap is absolutely atrocious. Cheap trashy ingredients, plastic bowl, served lukewarm, not enough sauce. Not a hint of crispy flavor iconic of bibimbap (again, plastic bowl, but not unachievable with some strategically positioned wok hei if you really want to stick to the plastic). No chopsticks, but honestly wasn't worth the emotional investment of chopsticks for this dish. Haven't cried this hard and deeply since I tasted what PF Changs calls Mapo Tofu."

"Wanted to try Korean fried chicken while in the area at the time. We ordered the 6 wings and 3 drums with half/ half sauce and fries (extra); we were given what looked wings and our fries but we were missing the Coleslaw. We end up eating the wings while we were unsure if that is what “korean fried chicken” was, the taste of the wings were well sauced and delicious. We ordered sliders bulgogi, and they were delicious. There weren't many patrons at the restaurant, therefore the two front desk employees were more relaxed than attentive. The meal was excellent and the ambiance was passable overall, but what really interests me is the experience. Our cutlery also had specks of dried food. I'm hoping to give it another go and revise my assessment."

"Absolutely WORST Bonchon experience ever! My family and I recently moved from Maryland and were so excited to find out that there was a Bonchon in Katy. We were literally counting down the days until we could go there again, and despite the poor reviews we decided to give it a try. NEVER again! I went out of my way to go there with my infant and toddler just to satisfy our craving and was sadly disappointed. First I was not greeted when I arrived and then when I got home from picking up my carry out order I was shocked to see how soggy and bland my soy garlic strips were. The breading was falling apart and they were not crispy whatsover. My husband and I could not eat them and had to order from another spot at 10pm. Not a great way to end the night after a long, tired day of moving. Do yourself a favor and avoid this restaurant!"

"The loaded bulgogi fries are awesome. It's a must!! The servings are very large. Spicy chicken tacos are very good. Of course, get the tenders. You won't regret it. Until you realize you have too much food. The pork buns are great also."
