"Horrible experience with this location sad thing is I paid everything off and signed up for benefits which seemed to be a horrible idea.. filed a claimed with the store for a tv that was sold to me after days of waited on my services I was told a tech would come out and fix the issue that I was having it wasn’t until after I called the Benefits plus customer service informing me that they had requested for information that was never submitted and that I would have to wait an addition week to get my 75 inch tv to top it off I called the store the manager answers phone hangs up I call back another lady answers and tells me she had left for the day even even though I heard her in the background I’m never renting from this place again better yet ever again ...I could see if we hadn’t paid all of our items off faithfully without a missed payment ...I most definitely will be contacting corporate"
