"Like Julissa said, a few minutes ago I went to go pick up my order from hollister, the rude shawtybae at the register cut me off mid sentence after SHE asked me for my order number. She then proceeded to gaslight me even though I had an order confirmation email pulled up. After she found my order (after trying to tell me it wasn’t there) she threw it on the counter as if she paid for it. I don’t know what she had for breakfast, but that attitude came unprovoked and out of nowhere. Customer service 0/10."

"Brought my daughter here to shop. She really wanted Boyfriend Jean's like in the picture. Which was displayed where all the jeans were at. I asked a guy worker there where we could find them. His reply was " oh um yeah there is like not any here. I dont know why we have those signs up" and walked away. The lady that checked us out was very nice but not a great experience at all. Very rude!"

"If I could give zero stars I would. They had a sale on jeans so it was super busy. Certain registers were designated for “cards only” but the machines were not working. Was told to get back in line to try a different register as if the malfunctioning card reader was our fault. The staff seemed unbothered that there machines were not working as two other customers had the same problem. The same thing happened at the second register as well as the first transaction taking my $10 credit from my account. It was not available when my account was pulled up the second time. Again staff acted as if it was our fault. Ended up not getting all that we came in for and still not sure why my card wouldn’t work. We were also told they were not able to manually enter in the card number. Do better!"
