"I had dinner here and came in around 11pm. Although it was late the service that I had with Melissa was EXCEPTIONAL! She was super nice and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious and hot, and I’ve never had such a pleasant experience at a restaurant. GO MELISSA!!!"

"Service can be a little unpredictable sometime. Depends on who is waiting on you. But most time the service is great. Atmosphere can vary depends on which chilies you're at, but it's always kept clean. The food is always awesome. Simple comfort dishes with a nice twist. My favorites are the quesadilla salad and the burgers, especially the old timer and the big mouth bites. Prices are great for the quality of food you receive."

"It has been a long time since I’ve had Chili’s so I figured I’d give it a shot. Unfortunately, it was no where near what it used to be. The food was tasteless and disgusting. Chili’s used to be known for having a wide variety of food and just about every item was delicious. I don’t know what happened but it has gone down hill since. Now to be fair, I did order through Uber Eats and they did a terrible job in delivering my food. It took way longer than expected and by the time my food arrived, it was cold and soggy. Typically, I would just toss it in the oven or microwave to warm it up and all good, but after warming up several dishes, the food was still bland and tasteless. The chicken crispers were rubbery and had zero flavor. The manager apologized and was very sincere about it. I don’t know if I’ll try Chili’s again, will just have to see."

"Eh... it was okay. Since no complimentary chips & dip were offered, we ordered the Bottomless Tostada Chips. Most of the chips were broken and too small to dip in the salsa. The salsa was somewhat lacking... thin & watery. I had the Smokehouse Combo (brisket quesadilla & sausage). It was alright, nothing special about it. My dinner companion had the Mushroom Swiss Burger. He was happy with his choice. There's plenty on the menu to warrant a follow-up visit. The service was okay... no hovering, but could have refilled the drinks without being asked for a refill."
