"food was ok but the women taking orders are rude . there's no system of how to line up and you can tell they got upset due to their lack of line organization. . its a little backwards if you are a first timer. just hate when their frustration comes out. why not just order at the register .the old ladies will still hear the order. idk. go here if you like getting treated poorly. the cashier was kool. his good energy made me less anxious."
"Just went in this pass Sunday 6/4/23 and my tortillas are already have molded over in 1 night. The barbacoa is more like a brisket meat then real authentic barbacoa. The menudo is ok would be better if you got fixings for it like onions cilantro and lemon. I rather go to Rios on Fredericksburg and woodlawn."
"Went there about a week ago I did not have my debit card on me I only had $100 there was already people in front of me paying with 20's and 10's some w/ debit I get up to the register and he tells me--- what do you think I'm a bank???? Really!!!! I'm customer and you had more then enough to cash the $100 almost $36 total on my end. Ppl in back of me just shook their heads. If you're in business you need to have patience and stop talking like this to your customers who pays your bills bc w/o customers you won't have a business. Also your Menudo needs to be cut in smaller pieces. I have took my business to The Unica! They never run out of anything. Always delicious and fresh!"
"First time stopping here picked up the number two with two pounds of all meat barbacoa 2 packs of tortillas and got no complaints from the family. My mother came in and said the menudo smelled good so we had to order a large and said it was good as well."
"Terribly overpriced. I spent $63 in this place. A $10 dozen pork tamales were so dry and hard mostly masa got fed to my dogs. Menudo had no flavor. They microwaved the lengua got it home to shred up and put in skillet. It was so dry. The tortillas corn and flower were ok. The Barbacoa was alright $13 a pound(I bought 1.5#). Nah, Never again. Save your $$ go somewhere else, anywhere else."
