Jason's Deli 23908 Commercial Drive, Rosenberg, TX 77471

"I stopped to eat here with my family after all of us getting off work. First thing, I walked in and waited by the registers for about 7 minutes while all the "line cooks" and other guys saw us but didn't acknowledge us or take out order until a young guy came out. Me and my wife ordered a BACON Cubano, which implies bacon and my daughter got the pasta. They guys were all just joking around and being loud and unprofessional, and by the time we got our food, me and my wife noticed neither one of us had BACON in the BACON Cubano we ordered. I had to call out to the line cooks multiple times before they acknowledged me and then when I told them neither sandwich had bacon they said "oh yea I forgot I'll make you some and bring it out" after me and my wife has pretty much finished our food. Then they laughed the whole time and said "it isn't a bacon sandwich without the bacon c'mon man". Extremely unprofessional, I am quite tired of going to places that cost a lot of money for a small portion of food and then they don't even make a sandwich right. I guess next time I'll be better off saving $35 and just making a sandwich at home. Also, the potato chips that are touted as made fresh come out of a bag from the store they just had laying on the counter. If I could rate 0 stars I would, I guess it's hard to find good customer service in the food industry nowadays."

"I love the salad bar here. It's all fresh every time I go and has lots of options. You get a huge plate like bowl and I like the olive oil and red wine vinegar for dressing. They also have a great hummus that I like to eat with the red bell peppers, cucumber, carrots, broccoli and cauliflower. It's 9.99 but it's my food for the day when I go. I'm trying to eat really healthy but I did have a small "free" cone of ice cream. I get water and put 3 lemon slices in it so I'm not paying $2 for a drink."

"This location is my favorite Jason’s. The place is very clean and well maintained. The food is always fresh and well presented for this type of restaurant. The staff is awesome. From the multiple Michaels, all of whom have always been gracious and professional, to Miss Jaselle who runs a great operation and tries hard to make the customer experience good, everyone is always smiling and pleasant. The restrooms are clean and doesn’t smell like a restaurant restroom. The only minor negatives are that the ice cream machine usually doesn’t freeze the ice cream so that it’s not so soft and droopy and the soda dispenser sometimes runs out of carbonated water. Otherwise, I have nothing bad to say about this Jason’s."

"Great salad bar, I had soup and salad, with the seafood gumbo. Normally would be five stars but they neglecting the salad bar a little bit several items missing my wife had the French onion soup and it was kind of tasteless."
