"Got the craving box for 9.99. Drive thru menu broken so it was difficult to recall name of products. The 4.99 box is gone. Was a good deal. Tonight's food was terrible, cold and old. Teenagers running store front, neglecting duties. The food preparation has to get better."

"Worst customer service ever this is New Year’s Eve and the big fat guy inside has the worst attitude and worst service ever they gave me the wrong order and I waited there for a whole hour and asked for a refund. He said he got a wait on that. I’m busy and refused to take my receipt and one of the employers park, their car, in the driveway and got back inside so no one can order through the drive-through because they were busy pick a different job my guy"

"Please be careful when being served at this location. There seems to be negligence taking place when serving ground beef due to its consistency. The nachos ground beef was watery and after consuming it. I dealt with 3 days of being in bed and not being able to hold anything down. Very upset stomach and the rest that comes with that experience. The quality of food at this location has significantly dropped. I will not be coming back or eating at a taco bell anymore."

"Drive-thru was backed up and had to pull around and wait for a bit of time. They were extremely apologetic and even threw in a few taco vouchers. Food was excellent perusal at this location and customer service was exceptional."
