"The one in Grand Praire is one of the worst wait times. Worst than scheduling a doctor's appointment. Both in the lobby and the warehouse. Hutchins, Burleson are the best locations. Worth the drive."

"Terrible service, very unorganized. Went to pick up a car part and found out they lost the part. Then they found out that the delivery had taken it when it was supposed to be pickup, they don't know why and to top it off, they took them without the necessary papers for delivery. A giant queue of people to be served waiting for someone to show up at reception. Total disrespect for the consumer. I don't know whose fault it is, the owner or the manager, but assigning a secretary to pick up the parts is ridiculous. They are saving money by enslaving employees."

"Overnight parking on street. Industrial area so lots of other trucks parked all along street. You will turn into the road between the two white buildings not where the actual sign is because it’s fenced off with no access. When you turn on the road it looks as if your going to the wrong property but your not. Drive all the way to the end of the road and turn into the gated fence entering 0000 for the gate to open. Check in at door 31. Back into door 28 or 29 for unloading. Checked in at 8:45. Very nice staff. Depart 10:15 to unload a full trailer."
