"The family meal was delicious and there was plenty of everything, fish,shrimp , fries, bread and condiments. They did forget some of our order and there was a bit of a wait but not bad for a Friday during lent."

"I'd underestimated the quality, flavor, and overall value of the lunch I wad about to savor. I can say their fish, very generously cut, and perfectly coated cod was delicious. They didn't skimp on the shrimp size either. Those were also coated, lightly, and fried perfectly. Being from the New England area, I am particularly skeptical about seafood, and it's largely based on what I know, based on all my years of dining (and fishing for cod) on the east coast. The cost of the meal for two was less than would be spent at the local favorite (S. Island) and overall flavor and portions are far superior. It will be my go-to place for a laid-back seafood lunch. I do hope the quality remains consistent. I'll follow up upon my next visit to a Laguna Madre restaurant."

"No idea of atmosphere. Food was well packaged and although not hot, it was warm and tasty. First time having the salmon. It hit the mark. Lunch is always good here. Watch the parking lot. If it's busy you'll always get hot delicious food. If not it's hit or miss."

"DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!! If I could give negative rate I would!! Went to get a late dinner on our way home ordered a family fish and shrimp meal, 6 pc coconut shrimp and a side order of Onion rings. We got home took our food out the coconut shrimp was so burnt you couldn’t eat them our side order of onion rings were tossed in with the shrimp and were more raw onion than batter soaked in grease. I went to look at my Receipt and I got the receipt with no items just what I spent. Tried for thirty minutes between my husband and myself to reach someone with no answer just forever hold. At 9:00 the line were cut off. To add insult to all this the young lady at the window would be better served cleaning the bathrooms or tables cause her personality was about the worst I have ever dealt with and as friendly as a rock , and I’m being kind here!!! We were going to have them catering an up coming 80th celebration but we will never return and I will continue to share how bad the food and service was. $50 plus dollars I’m sure could be spent for better food and service!! Sad this is what Bill Miller/Laguna have become!! I’m sorry if you don’t like your job or can’t fake it please find another, life is to short to make ppl as miserable as you are. The manager on shift should be as responsible if not more. Do better Bill Miller/ Laguna Update: I spoke with the store Manager David and he was very apologetic for the situation and was happy to listen to my concerns. He was able to resolve the issues and we were content with the outcome. Thank you David for taking time to listen and address my issues"
