"I should have heated the signs, which were not illuminated. The food was not fresh, the kitchen was filthy with no one, directing its cleanup and employees just walked past the garbage, even when there were no customers. The ice bin on the soft drink machine was empty, all the napkin dispensers were empty. The condiment bins were empty as well. The only other dine in customers were a grandmother, a son, and two grandchildren. They apparently, did not receive a portion of their order. They were calmly and reasonably explaining and demonstrating they did not have the full order. The manager raised her voice to them, actually searched under and around their table, refusing to believe them, or give them the remainder of their purchase. Feb 3, 2024 between 8:30 and 9:05 pm"

"We ordered a pretty large order with 6 spicy chicken sandwiches and only received 4 of them and the ones we did receive had no pickles on them. So we called the restaurant and let them know and the manager Eli told us that we could come back and he would replace the sandwiches for us the next time we had a chance. Well when we did go back to reclaim the sandwiches we were told that they would only replace two of them and that because it was a large order we would have had to bring it back for them to replace it. On top of that the worker said that Eli the manager we had talked to said that we requested pickles on the side of the sandwiches so he was not going to replace them. So instead of honoring his word he then turns it around on us to avoid having to remake them. So luckily the kind young man I was talking to at the counter gave me the district managers number to talk to him and after calling him they agreed to honor what Eli had told us originally. I don't usually come to this location and I won't be anymore. So to avoid headache I would say if you can go to another location or make sure your order is accounted for before you leave."

"We did takeout from here today for lunch. We got an eight piece Family meal with Fried Chicken, Fried Shrimp, Mashed Potatoes and gravy and Biscuits. Chicken was dry and not well seasoned. The Wing chicken pieces are extremely small like drummettes. Will not return again and would not recommend."

"If I could rate this place a zero, I would. The most disgusting food I’ve ever experienced. Food was still raw and sandwich was just plain soggy. Took one bite and almost threw up. They should fire everyone and fix this place up or just shut it down."
