"Can’t say anything about the atmosphere because it was drive through. The service sucks because they do not pay attention to the orders. I ask for chili con carne ONLY on my burrito and every time they put queso as well. I am getting tired of that. Other than that the food is great, especially when they get my order correct"

"Regrettably, this place, once a favorite, has seen a decline in service quality since my return to San Antonio. The dining room is consistently closed, leaving only the drive-thru as an option. Unfortunately, a frustrating encounter with a "manager" occurred when she denied our order due to it being two separate orders for one car, a practice we had followed all week without issue. The manager's rudeness and dishonesty, providing a fake corporate number, left us thoroughly disappointed. Considering these experiences, I would recommend avoiding Chachos altogether."

"I went through the drive through I had never been there before and I explained to the younger lady I can't do spice. Yes, I understand it's a Mexican restaurant but, I don't ever have problems when I ask about if it's spicy or not they usually tell me yes or no she told me No and this food is so spicy I can't eat it."

"It's currently a drive-thru only due to renovations. But the staff has all pretty much been there for years so familiar faces helps to make it more personal. The food is so good. My kids & I crave their food sum times. & we love that they're open 24 hrs 7 days a week."

"The food is delicious, it's very flavorful and the food has a homemade flavor. The service is exceptional; they are very friendly. Unfortunately, their dining is closed otherwise I'd rate it a 5-star. I don't like drive through because food is usually cold by the time you get home so unfortunately you have to park near and grub, a little uncomfortable. Their chicken puffy taco is a must! Definitely a place to try if you're looking for tasty food."
