"Very dissatisfied with customer service. Girls at the counter had no customer service whatsoever. Young and had attitude. After placing an order over almost $50, my husband, daughter and I waited for almost 40 mins as we watched others who came in after us get there food. Mind you the whole time the girls at counter would stare at us.... My husband finally went up and asked to find out our order was placed on a rack for pick up orders. The girl asked if we wanted fresh fries as my husband said yes, she turned around while her eyes rolled with her.. and threw them in the trash with attitude... Again.... Very disappointed with the customer service they had. No smiles, no greetings, nothing. And I say girls bc they had no respect and acted like they had issues for no reasons. What a shame on the generation today, very sad."

"Kitchen did an amazing job! Food was on point. However the service, not so much. As we walked one girl stayed sitting on her phone. The other cashier saw us, but just walked away. Both assuming the other would take care of us. We waited a couple of minutes. When she finally came up, there was no greet, just silence as she walked up to the register and waited for us to give the order. She didn't asked or offer anything. She didn't repeat our order. She didn't say thank you, no customer service of any kind. Very disappointing."

"The wings are definitely not wing stop quality. They are small, over cooked, cold, and dried out. The French fries are broken pieces of fries that are over cooked and left under the heat lamp to dry. They charge for a cup of water."
