Caribbean Delight

"Run do not walk to get this food. Everything was absolutely extraordinarily exceptional. The oxtails were tender, seasoned to perfection and enough to feed me for dinner and take a whole other meal for lunch. The rice and peas were delicious and those plantains were the best I ever had. Couple the food with the sweetest and warmest owner who took time to chat with us while we waited and the freshest lemonade …1000% all around. I can’t wait to see what is next for me to try!!!!!!"

"Honestly amazing food and amazing service. The lady was very sweet and friendly. The price was higher than I expected (no prices listed on the menu on the truck) but absolutely worth it, especially considering the generous portion size. I got the oxtails with yellow rice and plantains. The oxtails were super tender and fatty. The rice was good quality with a great texture and taste. Plantains were really good too. Y'all give this place a try!!"

"My 1st time ordering from the food truck. It was around 830 at night when i ordered. The owners were really nice. They give you alot for what you paid for. The oxtails were fall off the bone good. The rice was delicious. The plantains were a little to thick for me. Overall, i will definitely be going back to try their other menus items. Go check them out."

"We did takeout from the Carribean Delight Food Truck on Walzem a few weeks ago. We had an order of the Oxtails with rice and peas and fried plantains and an order of the Brown Stew Chicken, rice and peas and fried plantains. The food was hot, and the portions were ample. One portion is enough for two people. The food was okay but not like any Jamaican we’ve tried before. We may return again and try some of the other dishes."
