"The manager (Lauro) at this location was very rude! I placed a 75 piece order and it was packaged wrong. The lid on the large sauce I ordered was not put on securely and sauce ended up all inside the bag. Also I ordered 6 smaller sauces and they were not inside the order! I call, the rude manger named Lauro, he told me they were not responsible for what happens once the order leaves the store. All I wanted was my sauce replaced, it was their fault it spilled out everywhere. This guy has no customer service skills, his rudeness was unbelievable! He told me I should have checked my order (bags were sealed) to make sure it was packaged correctly before I left! He was willing to give me my 6 sauces but not the spilled one. We had no sauce because I was 25 miles away. On my way home I did pick up the 6, only because I paid for them. I've been going to this location for many years with a standard 50 pieces order every time. This time my order was over $100 but I wont be spending a dime at this location again.!!"

"Very nasty food, the sauce of mango Habanero had to much water on it, fries I got the end of the bag, all were cut off so small, still have some in the fridge going to throw them in the trash cause they look very old and deformed, was not even worth it for the money spent $93.00"

"Went to wingstop website directly and left a negative review! Think People are scared to leave their actual address, name and number lol! This was a recommended place by my younger brother only to find out that he uses a different location because of his bad experiences with them! I can understand at times they can be overwhelmed but when I order and 6 other people come in and order and get their food before me then common-sense tells me they either gave my order away or forgot about me! I go and ask how do I know my order is ready if you didn't ask my name in the beginning! I said is there a number called like at McDonald's? It took 3 people to be asked before I actually got an answer and the answer was, I'll bring you your order when it's ready! When I finally got my order it was near an hour for a basic 2 dozen order of lemon pepper wings! I honestly don't see how this place is still running with all the negative reviews I've read for similar results! For the amount of money you guy charge your service should be at least on par with the basics of services provided! If you are in a rush or not I would highly recommend staying away from this Walzem location! Look up the reviews here and on the actual Wingstop website! Don't say you weren't warned!"
