"This place is usually okay but today was horrible. Wings were overcooked half of it was not even edible. I guess I remember why it showed I haven't been back in 3 years. When I called to place a order some girl answered very rude didn't say anything just mumbled and put me on hold for over 7 mins. By the time they answered I was literally pulling in. Then I waited 20+ minutes just to have cold and over cooked wings half sauced. Fries looked as if they were sitting in the fryer and were dark and burnt to a crisp. Most disgusting place I been in a while. Definitely not going back."

"Order on line, no point to it, 16 to 21 minutes ended up being 38...employees are dismissive and careless. No apology for the wait , people order after I got there and were served first. Bad customer service, wings are good though, specially if they are all flats"

"Ordered wings today at 4pm, I knew there was gonna be a wait because of Super Bowl, completely understandable. Was told my order would be ready at 6pm. Show up and they tell me it’s gonna be 15 mins longer. It’s been 30 mins and they just said it will be another 15, that my choices were to either wait or cancel. Well since I gave you 3 hour notice and planned on this food, I’m stuck waiting. Definitely will be looking for somewhere else to get wings from now on."
