"I ordered a fresh fruit salad with grilled chicken. I had the waiter repeat the order to me. The rest of the group recd their food before me. My salad finally came out but had fish on it. The waiter blamed the kitchen and promised to have my order corrected. After a while, I asked for my salad to go because everyone else had eaten. The waiter brought my salad and I checked it. The fresh fruit was missing. The waiter again blamed the kitchen. He leaves and returns with fruit but without a lid. The order was to be taken out. The waiter leaves and finally returns with a lid and my check stating he gave me a discount. The restaurant was not busy. I didn’t want a discount. I wanted a simple salad to enjoy with my friends. Poor sad experience compared to previous one."

"This is honestly, truly the best IHOP my wife and I have ever been to. It started with our waiter greeting us. He said his name was Allstate because we were in good hands and he was absolutely right. Everything about this dinner outing was perfect. The food came out in a very timely manner. It was all at the right temperature and delicious! Restaurant is very clean. He even gave me a little cup to put my empty coffee creamer cuplets in. No one else has ever done that at any restaurant! It is people like him that truly make this world a better place. We’ll definitely return. Kudos to the staff, especially Allstate!"

"Lacey our waitress was outstanding! I ordered the breakfast sampler but I wanted my pancakes later not with the meal. However, I wanted my pancakes later and they tried to send me under the heat lamp which I returned . Lacey got my order right..Thank you. For a new restaurant opening up there was a lot of dysfunction."

"The food and atmosphere are very nice and clean, but the real star of the show was our server; the man, the myth, the legend himself, Julius AKA All State. We were truly in good hands with Julius. He is the true embodiment of effort, care, and performance. I hope the company recognizes his superb customer service. Julius, you are wonderful and I hope you never change. Will be coming back!"

"I have never seen an IHOP with a perfect 5 stars on Google Maps. Having now eaten here, I now see that it's because the building is brand new AND the servers and food are all on another level compared to the IHOPs I've been to. I hope this location stays this way forever!"
